My approach is both culturally/trauma-informed and responsive rooted in a Healing Justice framework that centers restorative practices that include RJ Tier I,II, III circle process.

SYNERGY

Community-based service projects reflect decades of experience organizing and facilitating healing justice events and gatherings. Adept in grief/trauma work to address deep loss, ongoing change, and life transitions. Facilitation of Restorative Justice Tier I, II, III, Peacemaking Circles, and Harm circles to address rupture and repair.

SPIRIT WORK

UBQ healing basket overflows with a multitude of holistic/spiritual technologies including various breath work practices, body energetic modalities, crystal/gemstone therapeutics, herbalism, somatic practices, yoga/movement, art therapy, and ritual theatre. With over 25 years of lived experience, holistic training, and academic research, these are the tools and practices that are shared out with community.

THE TEMPLE

Organizational restructuring and project planning that supports an anti-racist and decolonizing methodology to address systemic oppression embedded within the operational structure. Mainstreaming of restorative practices that champion diversity,  inclusion, and relational equity.
